i am a student from some local malaysian uni in sarawak.
there's a incident (which actually occur again and again eventhough complains had been done) really irritates me!!!!
i went to do my payment at the jabatan kewangan...
on the door written operation hour is
8am - 12.30pm weekdays
follow by
2.15pm-5pm
when i was there, its only 12.15pm but they already closed the counter...and they told me to get back there again by 2.30pm...
so....can u see the situation?
they are taking 15 mins earlier break and 15mins late to work...
sometimes just really feel like wanna yell at them...
this is not the only problem....
there are lots more which unseen...

THE MANAGEMENT and MPP of the UNIVERSITY PLS DO SOMETHING !!!

you know which uni i am talking about if u come across this,right !!!

I would arrive at 2:15 and be one of the first persons in line, so the wait would not be as long. And, I would smile at them when I made the payment. Inside, I would probably be thinking something a lot less than a smile.

Happens a lot with any government run operation. Once I made the mistake of hiring a person who was used to working for the government. She worked about 3 hours a day, also, if that much. Then when she was fired she complained it was a "stressful" working environment and the work was "hard". Ha Ha!

Big deal. Hours change this time of year for holidays and parties, employees go out to lunch to celebrate birthdays or engagements, etc.

Wait until you are the person on the other side of the door and see if you don't feel that once in a while you need a slightly longer break.
