I have the honesty of a five year old child. I can't help myself. I don't do it on purpose, but I don't know how to lie. I only know to not say anything.

wow, this is a very good quality, can you be my friend, at least i know you will tell me the truth. like you said, if you don't know how to lie, just don't say anything.

It doesn't sound like you have a problem with honesty, just a problem with expressing it in a way that doesn't hurt a persons feelings or comes across as been judgemental and or self serving. I have had problems with my bluntness for years. I've learned over time that it's not what you say that matters but more on how you say it. When you elect not to say anything at all you compromise and stifle who you are as person.
Trust me even though people don't say it they prefer you be honest rather than lie to them. They will alway know where you stand on things and respect you for always speaking your mind tactfully.
Keep being honest! It will take you far in this life and will help people to respect you.

Why would you not want to be honest? Honesty is a good trait to have. There are a lot of good things that can happen if you are honest. People will trust you more with their secrets, people can confide in you with their problems, and people will respect you.
Now you have to be careful about your honesty. If it is kind of random like how a person looks and it would hurt them, then you might want to just keep it to yourself.

It sounds like more of a problem of being too open. Before you speak, stop and think about how what you will say might affect others. If the effect is not good, stay quiet.

Don't change. Honesty now days are hard to come by. You are one of the rare people who should be proud of yourself for your honesty. I don't know why you would want to change.

I know what you mean. I say what i think. I think honesty is good. You just need some tact when it comes to saying so it doesn't sound so offensive.
