You should definitely report it. The people who cheat on income and payroll taxes are hurting the other honest tax paying citizens.
If your company is big enough, your employer may not find out who blows the whistle. You can contact the taxing authorities anonoymously if you feel reporting it will jeopardize your job.

i was not quite sure where exactly to report but only to immigration.. however, through other's answers, i guess ICE sounds right! well, i heard if you report(help) ICE RE illegal immigrants, you'll get some kinda paid (like $ few hundreds per person). this is just a rumor though.. but i know for sure, if the immigration found out the employer hires the illegal immigrants, he/she has to close the business for certain amount of time(i think 6mon).. then get a penalty and something like that... Of course, the workers will be deported!!

It is the Employment Development Department, not necessarily Franchise Tax Board, that would be interested in under-reported wages as well as IRS. If you can provide documentation--like payroll records that do not match employment tax returns--send copies. Another agency that would be interested is State Fund for under-reported workers compensation premiums.

Well California is definitely home to over a million illegals and a lot of people are having problems. People all have different views over this politically and emotionally. If you want my opinion I think you should report them. Illegal immigrants making more money than citizens?? I think that's horrible.

If you have evidence to back up your allegations both the IRS and the FTB would be interested in what you have to say. Do be prepared to look for another job as if your allegations prove to be true, the company may be shuttered by the tax authorities.

You can do one of two things:
1. Look for another Job
2. Turn them in to the IRS and the IRS will pay you a percentage of what they collect, then find another job,

ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement) & the IRS are your best friends in this situation. Please do report them. I do not want a United States of Mexico.
