Well, i bought her Royal Canin for fussy dogs, but i don't like commercial brands even though she was kinda "eating" it. So then i bought Wellness, she didn't even touch it. Right now I bought Nature's Recipe Farm Stand Selects, it has real fruit and veggie bits in it. My dog seems to be eating it, i think she likes it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she will continue eating it.

i fed my dogs nutro max before. one of which did very well, the other was always very skinny. then the first became picky and didn't like the food. so i took the plunge and bought evo red meat - both dogs loved it, and my second dog was starting to gain weight. however the down side was their poop. it became really mushy. So now i feed them a mixture of nutro max with the evo red meat. both dogs are happy and at a healthy weight.

My neighbor makes her own dog food, which surprised me and pleased me when the 'pet food scare' occurred not too long ago. Her two grown Boxers look magnificent and are very healthy and active and a great addition to the neighborhood.

i feed my dogs, two types, the German Shepard's. get fed. EUKENUBA, the reasons are simple , its better dog food.than most of the type you can buy, it contains all the fat ,oils and protein,my dog needs, and demands. also good for there coat,
the second one is for my Dane . IAMS, less gas., no bloating , he looks better , better skin but its not cheap, but i only feed the Dane this,
but really it depends on your breed of dog, some dogs do better, with the cheaper brands.
I'm of the op ion , its really what your dog need, puppy need, more fat ,higher protein, 23% plus, older dogs need less. read the bag, see what it contains, and judge for your self . but once you find a good one stick with it ......
