It's no problem to drink it, but it'll be flat

Sure you can, but it won't taste as good. It will NOT make you sick. The nature in the processing of beer, is so, that people didn't get sick. That's why it is a preferred drink in so many countries over water or fruit juices.

drinking one flat beer wont make you sick. drinking a case of flat beer will though. try to remember to only leave a few open beers in the fridge at a time

You have a problem if you need to drink a beer that has been opened and you don't mind the taste... You are either tight or an alco... or underage and stealing the olds alcohol...

No no, it won't make you sick. But it'll be completely flat.

But what you could do is add some ginger ale (and maybe a wedge of lime) to it and it'll give it the 'fizz' again and you've made a shandy. Tastes great!

It won't kill you, but like the person said before, it will be flat, which sucks b/c there's no point in drinking flat beer.

As long as nobody put their lips on it, sure. If you (or somebody else) had a sip and saved the rest...forget about it. You don't need potential germs or diseases.
