When i try to click on a file which would open in my pc through the windows media player it does nothing on the PS3 broweser. Is there any way to make it work?? and some vids i have to download to watch instead of watching them in the browser. Any hints to make it all work?? I watch sporting events on the net and through ps3 it would be on my tv. thanks for help

Unfortunately, the web-browser in PS3 isn't that versatile as PC's or Mac's. A lot of plug-ins aren't supported. However, you can install Linux on PS3 and use your console as a PC (You'll need a USB keyboard). Otherwise - just wait for the next PS3 update and hope, that it'll have more plug-ins.
