I'm talking about the Lomita, Wilmington, PV, Torrance, Redondo, San Pedro, and Harbor City Areas

With those choices, PV will be the best choice. You'd have to be as far south in the hills as you can get. There is a spot there where there is nothing (no homes)and it's really dark.

As far away from light pollution as possible. Maybe out on the PV peninsula ?????

Keep going... all the way to Catalina. That's the best viewing you'll get anywhere close to South Bay.

You can't see them in the city. Tooooo many lights. Drive out to the desert where it is dark.

Dont you know....you cant see the sky in California. Not unless you have glasses that block out smog!
