I'm no doctor, but that sounds like what happens to me when I am having a panic attack. It happened to me when I was just watching tv one day. It feels like your heart is going to pop out of your chest and you are gonna blow chunks. If I were you, I would talk to a parent about going to the doctors office.

Hi there,

I agree that you need to go and see your family Dr. Do you feel comfrotable talking to your Mom about what you are experienceing? I also advise that you write down what is happening every day & keep a record of your symptoms. Some things you need to ask yourself; Is your diet well balanced? Do you eat 3 regular meals a day or are you skiping meals? Do you have caffiene in your diet? Are you drinking soda or other carbonated beverages? Do you drink at least 8 cups of water per day?

Do you have a regular period or menstrual cycle? Are you or have you been sexually active? Do you have trouble keeping your hands or feet warm? Have you ever been diagnosed with a medical condition? Are you taking any medications? Are taking any illegal drugs? Do you drink any alcohol? Have you or anyone in your family suffer from depression or any other mental illness? Is there any Family History of Thyroid conditions? Heart Disease or High Blood Pressure? Have you experienced a lot of stress lately, eg change in routine, moving, schoolwork, different friends, death of loved one or pet, illness, financial stress?

I hope these ideas help you. Make an appointment to see your Doctor as soon as possible. Even if this turns out to be nothing, it is better to check things out. It is worth having the Doctor take a blood test & check everything out there as well - including your Thyroid functions. I advise that you talk to your parents - especially your Mom. Good luck honey!

Let me know if I can help you further.

You may need to have an exam. I think they need to check you thyroid out and are you eating properly?

I think it's something with your diet. You should definitely go to a doctor.
