deepends on what babylon you are looking for ?? if its historical babylon meaning the first world empire that ruled the world it found and described in the book o f Daniel with links throughout 2 kings ch 17 , 20 m 24n 25 , ezra ,nehimiah; all have referals to babylon being those that returned from exile
somehow though i get the impression this isnt what you are refering to though is it..? maybe you are refering to spiritual babylon which is described in many different ways in the book of revelation> chapters 14 through 18 .. ,, in revelation we see talked about a power just like the original babylon ,, the original babylon was a strong power and had religious affiliation s too. IN DANIEL 3 ;'
Daniel 3
The Image of Gold
1 Nebuchadnezzar the king made an image of gold, whose height was sixty cubits and its width six cubits. He set it up in the plain of Dura, in the province of Babylon. 2 And King Nebuchadnezzar sent word to gather together the satraps, the administrators, the governors, the counselors, the treasurers, the judges, the magistrates, and all the officials of the provinces, to come to the dedication of the image which King Nebuchadnezzar had set up.
4 Then a herald cried aloud: “To you it is commanded, O peoples, nations, and languages, 5 that at the time you hear the sound of the horn, flute, harp, lyre, and psaltery, in symphony with all kinds of music, you shall fall down and worship the gold image that King Nebuchadnezzar has set up; 6 and whoever does not fall down and worship shall be cast immediately into the midst of a burning fiery furnace.”
,, W E find out original babylons king wanted forced worship of his image,, ..
compare this with the babylon thats is synbolically portrayed in revelation how it too sets up an image to worship!! it runs deep and u have to read very carefuly to see just what the image is .. is it a literal statue >> nooooo! hehehe!! ifu want to find treasure itsnot on top of the surface now its buried deep .
... well i suggest you do the research about these two the one in 2 kings chronicles and throught daniel jeramiah ezekial etc and this other babylon in the future of when JOHN WAS TOLD ABOUT it .. it was called a mother of harlots
anyway maybe i have helped ,, ;; bro murray

The first two answered before me and gave good references. Another place to look is at http://www.blueletterbible.org

When you get there, type in "Babylon*" and you will receive a list of every verse where this word appears. I do know there are a lot of references.
