No, but you would have to configure your Super to use older Pentax lens with it and when you do, you will probably need to manually set Aperture, focus etc.

No. That's the beauty of the new Pentax DSLR line. Check your Owner's Manual for using older lenses. You will have to manually focus them though but at least they'll have the use of the Image Stabilization in the camera body.

I have used manual lenses all the time on my K10D. you do have to go into custum menu to "allow aperture setting"
