and does kodak or any other company still make them?

Yes, that's a 110 cartridge. It's labelled Kodak, so they must still be making them. If you can't find the film anywhere else, at least you can order it from that website. But I'd worry about where you can take it for processing. You might want to ask around first to find a place.

The last time I checked, Walmart still stocked Kodak Gold 200 in the 110 format. Evidently there are still enough people like my grandmother who shoot a roll of it every five years or so for them to bother stocking it.

I believe that the Italian film company Ferrani also makes one or two emulsions as well. You might need to go to B&H or Freestyle to order this, though.

Almost any grocery store send-off lab can still handle 110 film.
