try 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/8 cup worshester ,1 ts paprika,
swish together in a large ziplock bag add steaks and marinade until ready to use ! use the liquid for a gravey by reducing it in a sauce pan add 2-tbs butter and 1-tbs flour cook 3-mins add reduced marinade and pepper to taste-(NOTE- DO NOT ADD SALT ,THE SOY SAUCE WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT !!) add some liquid to thin if too thick .
we love the way our steaks turn out with this marinade,i've even used it on chuck and on the grill ( bbq ) and it comes out very tender and juicey ! enjoy.....

I use both a dry rub as well as a marinade for my steaks.
Dry Rub: 1 T kosher salt, 1 Tsp fresh coarse ground pepper, 1 Tsp Beau Monde or Bon Appetit seasoning, 1 T garlic powder, 1 Tsp fresh chopped rosemary. Rub liberally into meat and let sit for a few hours or overnight.
Marinade: 3 T soy sauce, 3 T Worcestershire Sauce, 1/2 cup red wine or red wine vinegar, 2 sprigs rosemary, 1 T brown sugar, 3 T olive oil. Marinate steak for several hours at room temperature before grilling.

A T-Bone should not be in a marinade. a dry rub of good seasons Italian dressings with some cracked pepper. a t-bone is a tender steak---now a sirloin that I would marinate. a tender steak has marbling through it. a sirloin has very little marbling that is why it needs to be in a marinade or tenderizing,

A T bone should not be wet marinated. The Filet side will get mushy. I would rub the steak in a mix of course ground pepper, Coriander and Sale in the ratio of 2:1:1 Hot sear the steak in a cast iron pan. For a side I boil red potatoes in highly salted water and toss them in taragon butter. Yum

I haven't tried this but my dad used to fry some meats in Dr Pepper. It might be good as a marinade too. Hope you get a well-tested answer.

I just like to marinate them overnight in bottled Italian dressing. The vinegar helps tenderize the meat and the spices give it a delicious flavor. Quick and easy!
