You bet. He would be in violation of the Military Code of Conduct and he would be charged. Also, disgrace to the Uniform and disrepect to his military honor. He could be, tried, sentenced and do time, or lose rank, or be dishonorably discharged depending on the total charges. Don't do it.

Article 133 Uniformed Code of Military Justice: Conduct unbecoming an officer. Violation can be dealt with from appearance at a non-judicial punishment hearing with his commanding officer (Captain's Mast) up to a General Court-Martial. Punishment, if found guilty, can range from a letter of reprimand up to dismissal from the service under dishonorable conditions.
It would also demonstrate to the Navy that we have a case of someone who is mentally in seventh grade masquerading as an adult.

Yes, conduct unbecoming an officer. If its a one time drunken stunt, the punishment will probably be "off the record." If its a regular hobby, he will face a Courts-Martial.
