due to ca deficiency

May be calcium deficiency. But why jump to a conclusion without consulting a dentist for this.You must understand that the child will get this original set of teeth replaced after a few years.It's good if you consult a dentist to have precaution for a healthy and nice set later on ........and, sooner you do, better for the child.The healthy and good teeth are nice to have.Get any deficiency taken care of now.OK?

May be due to the use of some medicines like tetracyclines etc., during early pregnancy.
No problem, the coming permanent teeth will generally be normal.

Fluoride toothpaste is not recommended for young children, as it can disfigure teeth.

The link does mention that fluorosis is linked to calcium deficiency as well. Obviously it is important for a growing child to get sufficient calcium for bone and tooth development.

ya it can b due to a condition called enamel hypoplasia,which is of different types.visit your dentist soon
