Once again, (this is like the 3rd question i've answered about 11 year olds, is this the same person?) YOU'RE TOO YOUNG. All eleven year old are girly girl. There's no way in God's world that you're eleven and are a true scene kid. You don't even understand the whole scene thing, I'm 100% sure. You're probably a poser just wanting people to call you scene and what not. Email me, please. I want to talk to you about some stuff and give you a clue.

It's a phase.
I went through it, you'll go through it, a lot of other people will go through it.
The older you get the more you'll begin to realize who YOU are and you will eventually find yourself. The way I see it is the more changes you go through, the quicker you'll find yourself.

Cutting yourself is a part of the territory I guess, but it's dumb. If anything tell the girls at your school that they aren't proving anything by doing so. While I know they say they're sad and suicidal, being emo and cutting yourself is a part of trying to be 'cool' at that age. I've been there.

Well, it might seem unusual for some people but id say no. it's a stage of life where you are trying to figure out who you are inside, and for some it starts earlier than others. it's like youre answering a multiple choice question and going through all the possible answers to find the one you like the most. or, maybe youre just a person that likes change. lots of people will try many different styles cuz they hate sticking with the same thing for a while, you might be one of those people.

think about this, if youre starting to experiment earlier, you might find an answer earlier, but PLEASE dont let things go up to your head, especially when it comes to stereotyping. be whoever you want to be! make a new statement of people who like to change and try new things!!!

good luck hope i helped

First of all, cutting yourself at ANY age isn't healthy. It has nothing to do with being too "young", it has to do with being a major problem. It's good that you stopped.
Second, when you're your age, it makes sense to want to "find yourself" and go through a bunch of different phases to try and find which is best. But don't waste so much time focusing on being a certain label. Try being yourself, you'll be happier.

Yes you should never cut yourself....no matter what age. During teen years people go through stages but this shouldn't make you dpressed enough to make you cut yourself...what at age 11 can you be that depressed about? And I know some things at that age are important but when you look back on it you will think that it is stupid. You should tell your parents and they can help you.

please stop!!

have a merry christmas too!! =]

If you're going through puberty at this time, it's understandable to have emotional ups and downs, but to cut yourself whether it's a game or not, it's a big NO NO!! You could cut an artery and you can die. You get nasty scars and when people sees them, they'd look down on you!

99 is too young to do cutting. People who cut have mental problems and need to seek help. It is as simple as all that.

no girl! im 17 and just coming out of al the above stages. your young thats what your supposed to do. my lil sister is going throuigh it and doesnt believe me that she will grow out of it and mature up about this subject.
And no one should cut. i used to do that as well. If any of your friend etc. need help with it tel them to wear a rubber band around their wrist and snap it hard when they get urges to do so. It fixed me :)

Most girls start caring about their appearance at your age, and change looks. That's normal.
Cutting yourself at any age is not normal and should be addressed with counseling.
