it seems so unimportant. I always make my lunch for work the night before.

But---the next day, it is of grave importance that I enjoy it. As an example, I will make my lunch tonight with nary a thought to how hungry I am going to be tomorrow, but sadly----I will be starving at noon tomorrow and I will be all disappointed by my peanut butter sandwiches. Does anyone else have this problem??

You can't go wrong with chicken wings sauteed in garlic butter sauce and lemon pudding. Just make that everyday and you'll never be disappointed.

Maybe because when you make your lunch, you are not hungry? So you are not thinking about actually eating the lunch. Maybe next time you are disappointed with your sandwich, think about what you might like. Then write that down and make it that night for lunch.

Once a week treat yourself to lunch out. Once a week, make something you wouldn't normally think of to make. something that is a non-sandwich. Three times a week, eat your peanut butter, but vary the type of jelly and how you make the sandwich.

Try making your lunch before eating your evening meal. When you are hungry you may tend to pack a more filling lunch. after you have eaten a good meal you may be less inclined to think about how hungry you may be the next day.
