People say that if a guy stares at a girl then he thinks she cute and he likes her, if thats right then like 10 guys like me, and thats ridiculous!! Please clarify the meaning of guys staring... What does it REALLY mean?

Of course it means that. Whether the guys have the balls or desire to take it further - well it doesn't say anything about that.
They should have to do more than stare to get your attention. Talking to you, would be a good start.

About the first 5 seconds or so the guy is checking you out. After that if they keep looking at you for longer than about that , I would say they like your appearance and will either come up to you and start a conversation , or would just walk away and have you in their mind. So if this applies to you , you must be a beautiful lady :) and that's a great thing sweets.
It's how guys do it. When they see a female , the first 3-5 seconds they will "check" her out. Even if they dont admit it , it's the truth. Females somewhat do the same thing, but in a much shorter scale of time ....about 1.5 - 3 seconds tops ; but not as often as guys ...depending on the environment.

It could mean anything...from he was just looking in your direction and you mistakingly thought he was looking at you...he thinks you're attractive...he is just glancing around at everyone...you have something on your face...he likes you...he's trying to read your shirt (or stare at your boobs)...and so on

It means that at that particular moment, those guys think you are cute. It does not mean they will think that in five minutes and it certainly does not mean they like you.
