Check out www.vacationstogo.com. They have good deals all the time. We have used them 3 times. Their site is easy to search for destinations, etc. and their agents are really helpful.

Just go to the cruise line web sites and look for their specials; they all list a link to their specials right on their home page. Also, book really early, like 9 to 12 months in advance to get the best price. Also, look for cruises less then 7 days, like 3, 4, and 5 day cruises. Generally a cruise is going to be priced based on about $125 a day, so you cheapest cruises will be the shorter ones. The cheaper cruises will go to the Bahamas, Bermuda and/or the Eastern Caribbean and Key West. But you can have a great time on them.

Carnival Cruise line normally has the cheapest fares but you should also look at Norwegian and Royal Caribbean also.

My fiance and I did a Carnival Cruise (on the Victory ship) this past May for $1065.00 for both of us. It was 7 days out of Miami and went to Mexico, Grand Cayman and Jamaica. I suggest looking directly at the Carnival site or trying out a travel agent that books Carnival.
Remember though, the less money you spend the less fancy the cruise will be. Carnival is a great ship for young people/couples that want to have fun enjoying the pools, nightlife, casino and aren't too picky on food and ambiance.
I LOVED our cruise ... ps: it's where we got engaged!!
