Thank you for thinking about your dad, and wanting to help do something very good for him. I don't know if e-sword.net has a Spanish translation but it would be good. I believe the Christian Classics Ethereal Library (http://www.ccel.org) may have some resources. I don't know if http://www.blueletterbible.org has much in Spanish, but everything is free!
Christian Book Distributors (http://www.christianbook.com) has an increasing number of Spanish material, maybe some to purchase or download. Also check out the International Bible Society at http://www.ibsdirect.com for some good ideas, too.
While browsing the Southern Baptist website (www.sbc.net), the state of Missouri has a Hispanic ministries coordinator, Rev. Mauricio Vargas. Why not contact him (they have a toll-free number) and see what he recommends? By the way, the Missouri Baptists are in a partnership, of sorts, with Baptists in El Salvador. Click on the link to the MBC Pathway for a good article on that subject.
Finally, let me say again how much this has to mean to your dad. It is so rare these days to see young people wanting to honor their parents--thank you again. May you and your entire family have a wonderful Christmas/feliz Navidad!

Those are translations of bibles. Is that what you meant?
Edit: Yeah so I missed the study part of that sentence. These sites all claim to have Spanish versions but I cannot view them as they are blocked from work.
