I think you might mean '지금 ji-geum', which means 'the present, now, current, modern', and..
'입니다 im-ni-da' refers to 'is and it is' in its formal form.
for ex: 나의 한국 이름은 가야입니다. My Korean name is Gaya. (..I hope I wrote the example correctly.) ^^

Chigum (지금) means now or presently.
Im ni da (입니다) is the verb 'To be' (I am, you are, it is).
