I need to integrate fish into my diet. I am not a big fan of fish, I never have been.

Does anyone know a fish that isn’t so fishy?

I live in Northern Virginia so if you know of a restaurant that makes a killer not so fishy fish that would be awesome!

Thanks!

most white fish are not that fishy. try something very mild like tilipia or grouper or flounder. the mostly taste like whatever spices, veggies, etc. that you cook them with.

if you are cooking the fish yourself, you can cover up the fishy taste with lemon/lime and herbs of your choice.
mixing it with full flavoured vegetables will also help disguise the taste

Try flounder. It has a mild flavor. Most seafood restaurants serve flounder. I'd google to find one near you.
