That kid at your school is not only stupid but ignorant of knowing how to lose weight. Making yourself throw up to lose weight is not a good idea. A good low calorie diet and exercise is the best way to go. Eat healthy foods but do not overeat. Foods such as chicken lean and vegetables and reduced fat milk, whole wheat bread, etc. are good foods. Drink plenty of water. Water helps you lose weight and whatever you do make sure that the foods that you do eat do not contain a lot of sodium such as rice, salty foods, etc. A lot of sodium helps retain water which is not good when trying to lose weight. Consume less calories than what you burn. Your metabolism controls the rate at which you digest food and using it for energy. Diet+water+exercise=weight loss. Running or sports are good form s of exercise.. less calories

No. Please tell an adult to help that kid...They need help.
1) Don't be entirely self conscious...If you only want to lose weight because you want to look better then your way to self conscious. You should try to lose a healthy amount of weight.
2) Your 13...You'll lose weight in a couple of years because as you go through your teen years you burn waaaay more calories a day. Just be careful not to eat to much junkfood when you get hungry which will be often. Reach for that apple.
3) Throwing up to get skinny is incredibly unhealthy and most of the time does not make you skinny to begin with. It is almost guranteed to destroy your body and your a teen which makes it even worse.

just concentrate on being healthy. eat right, you might have to do some research on this. and exercise regularly.
and do not throw up your food. it's bad and after a little while can actually make you prone to gain weight.
try eating a bowl of oatmal in the morning, and when your hungry during recess try eating an apple and some almonds that are not salted or roasted. these are some healthy choises.

Dont listen to that kid and make yourself through up. You will become belemic and that is very unhealthy. To lose weight, make sure you are eating healthy and not a bunch of junk food. On top of that try to excersise atleast 3 times a weeks to keep your body in shape. Well, good luck =)

Being skinny is not a good goal either. Just normal weight should be your plan. Quit eating junk food, sweets and snacks. Get more physical, walk, workout use the steps, anything to be more active. You will get there.

NO. Do NOt stick your fingers down your throat. Trust me on this.
Instead, take simple steps like working in some exercise and eating healthier.. blah blah blah you know. Take all that monotonous banter and put it to practice, because sticking your finger down your throat will only serve to make you fatter in the end.
