I was 200 lbs before I got pregnant and gained 15 lbs from it, although I miscarried in a late stage. So now I weigh 215 and am 5'2" I wear a size 16 in juniors, and am 17 years old. I stopped drinking pop. But what else can I do to lose weight?

Well exercise and diet together is very important. Only eat when you're hungry and eat slowly so that you'll know when to stop. Try to replace junk with healthy things like fruits and veggies and just stay active. Also, don't eat too much starch or fatty foods.

At the end of the day, weight loss come down to calorie intake vs calorie used by your body. Plain English translation; eat less and be more active (walk, workout, etc.) Just stopping with the pop is a good start, but you need to do much more. Do you eat snacks, candy, ice cream, French fries, junk food (pop), any fast food joint?
If you want to get serious about the weight loss, get a pencil and paper, and write down EVERYTHING you eat for a few days. Then see how much of it is junk food. You will surprise yourself of all the trash you put in your mouth.

drink a LOT of water
eat fruits and vegetables
cut down all junk food.
eat lean meat or fish
if u have one of those step counter thingies, then take 2000 steps each day for one week, then add 2000 more steps each week
squats and lunges
*don't forget to stretch*
