Cervisia bona est (not "bonus," because the noun is feminine). The word "cervisia," also spelled "cervesia" and "cerevisia," was borrowed from the language of Gaul, although, curiously, the Geman word for that most German of drinks, "bier," comes from the Latin verb "bibere," meaning "to drink."
