Buy some one ounce plastic containers (souffle cups) and when you have a craving fill one up with dried fruits (cranberries, raisins or any dried fruits without added sugar) and healthy nuts and seeds (walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds or macadamia nuts). I recommend buying them in bulk at your local health food store. Good Luck!
