Which is healther??
Fast food or processed foods??
Nachoes and Tacos from Taco Bell and 99 cent chicken sandwhiches and salads from Wendys or
Hot Pockets and such??

I usually don't get french fries!!

they are both bad, but at least with frozen food like hot pockets you can control how much you cook and eat. You also can read the ingredients and know what you are consuming. So I think you have more control to make better choices with what you call processed foods.

hot pockets are loaded with fat and bad carbs. if you are going to eat at wendys get the salad with a low fat dressing. not the fat free ones they are loaded with sugar carbs. if you get the chicken sandwich skip the mayo and eat only half the bun tacos aren' t too bad either skip the french fries and you will be doing a lot better.

Both are horrible. Processed food has all those preservatives and chemicals to keep it fresher longer, while fast food also has chemicals and preservatives but then are fried in fatty oil and has disgusting trans fat. If I had to say I would go for fast food being worse, but processed only inches behind. Try to avoid fast food and eat only a little bit of processed. :)

They are all processed, one is just packaged & shipped.

dont eat either they are both bad if you want something good and healthy try Trader Joes they have alot of good organic foods :]
