I don't know the Bible verse in question, but did know an old man who practiced this. He said something over the burn and passed his hand in the air above it. He told me there was no secret except "faith in God." He was also supposed to be able to cure thrush (or thrash) in babies' mouths the same way. It's a very old type of faith healing. And of course, no money is accepted for it because it is a sin to buy and sell the gift of God.
I hope you can find out more about it.

I don't see how Ezekiel 16:6 could be related to talking the fire out of a burn, but obviously, "talking the fire out of a burn" is a form of faith healing. Faith healing is not bestowed on just anyone. You can not receive the gift, just because other relatives have had it. Faith healing or any activity that concerns faith, can only be performed by the faithful. If you have Jesus in your heart, and are living for Him, and you do not have the gift of healing, then the Lord has seen fit to keep it from you for some reason. You should pray, asking the Lord to grant the gift to you. He may reveal to you something that He wants you to stop doing, that will open the door and allow Him to bestow upon you, the gift of Healing. God Bless you.

For those that truly know how to talk fire out of a burn and those who have family willing to teach it to you, I ask that you receive it as a gift. Don't take life for granted, don't dismiss what you can do through faith. I know this gift to be true years ago. I've witnessed the healing as a child. I'm now 43 and I still believe. It is real! Don't let it die due to non-believers.

Several members of my family were able to do it. Only one is still alive, my great aunt. She has offered to teach it to me. Her husband was well known for it. As far as I know, he never taught it to his 3 daughters. The youngest daughter told me a few years ago about one time a family called him to the local hospital. Their young daughter had been burned very badly. He talked the fire out. She said within minutes the child stopped screaming and settled down. My cousin was very impressed. And for those who say it s all in the mind, I have another story. My mom used to work for General Electric. They made magnets that were used in MRI or Cat Scan machines (I have little knowledge of these things.). In some areas, they worked with caustic chemicals. One of the ladies working with my mom got some chemical on her forearm and was burned badly. One of the other ladies walked up, took her arm and talked the fire out. Then she just walked away. The victim looked at my mom as said, "It stopped hurting. What did she do?" My mom told her she had talked the fire out. The woman asked her if that was some kind of voodoo. My mom laughed and explained it to her.

when I was twelve years old a gentlemen ask my mother if I could sit with his wife who was very sick so he could work in the evening, she told me that she was the seventh child in her family and her daddy was a Fire Talker and the practice could only be taught to the seventh child born in that family , I didn t think much about what she told me until the woods behind our house caught on fire we were trying to put out the fire when we heard my little sister screaming she was walking on the hot brush bare foot mom picked her up her feet had blisters all over them so I told my mom about the Lady Fire Talker she did not believe me at first but it was Sunday and the nearest hospital was 30 miles away so she took her to Miss Malay she just talked to her feet with in minutes my sister stop crying and there was signs of burns on her feet. so my mom was grateful and a believer now, she said you better not be lying to me I promised her that the lady told me she could talk out fire out. I am seventy years old and I still remember that story. she said it was a gift not many people could do it.

It is passed from a male not blood related to a female & a female to a male not blood related I experienced this my self as a hot grease burn over my entire hand. No scars no blisters, nothing. I'm not sure I would have believed it, if I had not had it happen to me. I was told how to do it and have done it on myself and others and it does work. It is a gift and it is God's work not mine. I only told one male in my life and now wished I never told him. He wasn't worthy of the gift.

My grandmother, a devout Christian, passed it on to me. Shockingly it was not biblical at all although the healing comes from God.

No magic is needed, just an aloe vera plant. Break one of the fleshy leaves and apply the sap to the burn. Boom. Healing begins.
