Fried chicken is fried in a skillet on top of the stove. Broiled chicken is cooked in the broiler if you have a gas stove. In the oven with the heat coming from above if you have an electric stove. There is a world of difference in taste. Fried in my opinion is much better. Broiled is healthier.

Nooo...fried chicken is fried in fatty oil and has crunchy bread and FAT all on it, while broiled is cooked in the oven at a high temperature. Much healthier, and in my opinion, tastier, too.
