Fried chicken is fried in a skillet on top of the stove. Broiled chicken is cooked in the broiler if you have a gas stove. In the oven with the heat coming from above if you have an electric stove. There is a world of difference in taste. Fried in my opinion is much better. Broiled is healthier.

Usually I prefer "broiled over fried," unless the cook knows how to "fry" chicken. A nice baked potato with sour cream, is a nice touch. Most enjoyable, good eating to you. I wish you well.

Nooo...fried chicken is fried in fatty oil and has crunchy bread and FAT all on it, while broiled is cooked in the oven at a high temperature. Much healthier, and in my opinion, tastier, too.
