I don't know about constantly, but being a guy I can tell you that there are a number of reasons: one, it cools the sex drive temporarily, two, it relieves tension, and three it's relaxing. You ask an honest question you'll get an honest answer! The downside is that it makes us tire a lot quicker, because we lose a lot of electrolytes. It's harder to play sports or do something active for an extended period of time. That's why Rocky's coach told him "No fooling around...women weaken the legs!" It's true.

Probably the same same reason women"constantly play with " their boobs and are CONSTANTLY adjusting their bra straps, and ALWAYS looking down their cleavage. Sounds pretty stupid doesn't it?
