12 hours! It is too much. It will make you slow and lethargic.
Put weight into you.

Believe me you are overdoing it. Restrict it to 6 hours. Even
it is too much. Why a young person like you, full of energy and
zeal, should waste her time on TV instead of doing something
constructive.

Think, you wud realize, you are overdoing it.

Twelve hours per year is probably a good amount.
Twelve hours per week might be a little excessive.
Twelve hours per day is waaay too much. Go read a book, or hang out with friends or take a walk. Live a little.

12hrs of TV a day is WAY too much! It's really not good for you mentally or physically. As humans we need regular human contact, invite friends round or go out etc. Also it's not good for out bodies to stay cooped up all day. Get outside, or if the weathers crappy, do something creative and MOVE haha

:D

yeah, not only is it unhealthy for your body, but your mind is getting subliminally brainwashed as well! But I suppose I'm on the internet 6 hours a day so I can kind of relate.
