Many people feel protected by the relative anonymity of the internet so they say things they would never say to your face and, in general, act with less consideration because they don't necessarily see you as a real person. A similar thing happens on the road; because people can't see your face close up, they tend to think of you as a car rather than a person. Very few people would follow uncomfortably close to you on foot but they do it all the time in a car!

You are absolutely correct! It's unfortunate that people with legitimate questions are attacked for some silly reason by people who are abusing this site! Whenever I ask a question on this site, I have to brace myself for the people who are looking to put me down or say something nasty. It just comes with the territory I guess! You will soon get over it, and don't be afraid to stand up for yourself. It's easy for people to be rude over the Internet!

A lot of people don't really understand what the meaning of this site is. I don't know what motivates someone to speak this way, but I am always surprised at the answers I see here. I'm not here for the points, but I am here to help people and be helped by people. Most of them are insecure with themselves I'm sure.

I agree,
and sometimes I cant really tell a persons tone on Y!A because this is only typing and you cant show tone in letters so sometimes I have trouble reading sarcasm and seriousness lol

but leave those jerks alone. Karma will come back when they post questions.

Dear Timothy, The truth that you just query your movements and naturally believe regret in the event you reply impolite persons in sort, indicates a adulthood and fundamental well nature of which you will be rightly proud. Those who criticise you don't make themselves look smarter, they just exhibit the sector their possess intolerance and vanity. If I might present a bit of recommendation, - I ponder whether one of the unwell-feeling which has been exhibited to you will be as a result of the apparently effeminate manner wherein you seem to decorate?

I checked out some of your questions and answers. I didn't see school issues or rude and obnoxious answers, but granted, I didn't read them all.
It seems, though, that you are a bit full of yourself and trying to make yourself the martyr without any basis for that. Perhaps it is you that should get the life, and ignore the occasional person who doesn't give you a nice warm fuzzy answer....like me.
