I dont think there is such a foul word for such a guy........Im a girl and I would classify this kind of man to be shy maybe, he doesnt have the guts to say what he feels, maybe because of his background, he wasnt exposed to the opposite sex that much..although this can be understood as lack of experience...but this doesnt mean that he is totally coward , he is just not comfortable yet to express his feelings, so the only way for this guy to be able to get out from his shell is to build his confidence..exposed himself more to opposite sex,,mingle with them gradually and try to make friendly conversations to start knowing someone........of course for a relationship to work..it takes two to tango...you are scared because you are already putting negative thoughts in your mind..you have to develop your missing personality of approaching people..a way that you are nice, polite, gentleman..see, these are some ways where you can approach this lady, just get those 3 key words i said..be nice, polite and gentle with your actions..that will do as a start, ok??? good luck..and take it from me I am a girl................

Not shy, but perhaps maybe lacking a sense of urgency.
I'm like you, but when I realize a lack of effort on my own part, I tend to think that maybe I'm being too expecting of life and think I have to have every girl I see... which isn't true since I've never had a gf.
I guess with people like us, we're looking, but not always ready for the circumstances that come up that offer the chance, and when they do come, we aren't ready.

I already got booted from Y!A once. Remember Cosnipa? He's the man. That's me. Anyways, if you're too scared, tell yourself you aren't going to get her, cuz you won't. Step UP!!! It may make you nervous as hell, but give it a try, go up and talk to her! That's the only way to break out of your shell, and you'll have to do it one day.
