I don't think He would view it as either Good or bad. It can be used for good purposes or bad purposes. It depends on how it is used. I think He would be disappointed at how many people would rather use it for porn than to find out useful information about Him.

I'd have to say both. There are some really great things about it–meeting people and learning about the world around us. However, there are bad things about it as well. I know I spend too much time on here when I should be doing something else. Also, there are some people who aren't exactly wonderful.

since they basically call Me a god and also a devil in many questions on this site:
i, as God, think the net is a great way to spend free time.
in fact i have free time and watch movies before they hit the theatre and listen to music free.
so the net is a great place for the poor to watch free movies and download music for free to there 22.50$ mp3 players.
and truthfully speaking as the I AM, i gotta thing this is great and the hollywood strikers should just be thankfull they have a job which pays more they they actually need to survive. i once brought about 33,000 $'s home in one year. i spent the money on myself and feeding, clothing, housing 4 other people. what are those striking holloywood writers doing with their money? feeding families of 5? i kind of doubt it. i as god the devil at times do not support them.
if god the devil can live on less then 10000/year/person so should you.

He gave the intelligence to create it and He uses it any way He can because He is a God of plan and purpose

Just a advanced form of communication for humans that is still ancient knowledge to Him. A good thing for us and nothing special to Him.
