2 cups cooked brown rice
2 cups cooked wild rice
4 green onions
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tbsp grated orange peel
1/3 cup +2 tbsp orange juice
1/3 cup currants (I use cranberry,blueberry and cherry mix, dried , also raisens work well).
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
salt and peper to taste
mix well in large bowl
serve hot or cold
