Simple! He is maybe realizing what he had, and sorry he let you go. Or he don't want you but doesn't want anyone else to either. Are you sure your over him, if not don't waste another day of this other guys time. If you are over him let him know it's over, and you've moved on or you'll make the new guy very uncomfortable. He may wonder why your talking to your ex boyfriend, and may not want you either.

Gurl it aint no kinda tellin lol...boiz and their crazy emotions....the same thing happened to me && he prob just jealous becuz he wnt u 4 hiz self even though yall arent together...thats how boiz are theyre so controlling...
itz that or either he feels like both of yall have moved on from each other and he really wants you as a friend...&& now that both of yall are in a relationship he knows that yall can be friends w/o past feelings coming up...although that mite be kinda hard...It mite work.
