What is the GPA worth for an A-?

What is the GPA worth for an A-? For example, an A is worth 4 points, so what's an A- worth?

between 3.66 and 3.75 depending on where you're at. When I'm just guessing, I use 3.70

the lower it is, the lower a B+ will be as well.
