I don't think 1 can of tuna will feed 20 females,even if it were in oil.

as an athlete i eat tuna on a daily basis (practically) as it is high in protein, its the bread and butter on the sandwiches that are the unhealthy high in carbs that do you in..not to mention the mayo people use to make the tuna sandwich with..

I love tune, canned and raw, I am Hawaiian. any way it is safe if you unless you are not pregnant, tune in any amount would be bad for the baby, it has low levels Mercury in it. I eat about a pound (16oz) to 2 pounds (32oz) a week if available. In you are a little wiry then don't eat to much and or ask your Dr. , it is a up to you.

My husband ate two to four cans a day before he left for deployment. But then he also needed the protein since he worked out pretty heavily.
