I wouldn't recommend it, because what is the point? You are just throwing your money away. When you think about it kids have baby teeth and the teeth will start falling out. I would recommend your daughter get braces at age 12 or 13 somewhere there. That is when you start to get adult teeth. Hope that helps.

No..she is much to young for braces. I have actually seen the ortho dontist remove braces on a patient(because they were not mature enough to practice good home care.) Do ..however take her to a pedodontist and listen to what he or she recommends. A pedodontist is a dentist that specializes in children and teenagers. Then they will help you with an appropriate course of action for your daughter. Hope she feels better soon!

My daughter had some problems and we took her to an orthodontist for a consult. They noticed that her jaw was not growing at the same rate and were able to put in a device that helped to make the upper jaw grow wider. It wouldn't hurt for her to see someone but braces in the traditional sense would be a waste of money for the baby teeth.

My friend got braces at 22 and with the new invisible ones, it didn't look that bad at all! She looks great and is happy she did it. A friend of the family got his done at 40!!! It's not too late, do it while you're young. Further crowding may happen by putting it off or deciding not to do it. And I only needed mine for a year and a half. You never know.

NO! She's only got baby teeth right now. It would be very foolish to spend thousands of dollars on braces just to have the teeth fall out.

OMG, NO!!!!!!! If you do it now, then her teeth will reset themselves as her other teeth fall out and new ones grow and you'll have to pay for them again, and her teeth could actually turn out to be perfect in about 5-8 years, it'll be a waste of $3000

I'm really not trying to be a jerk here, but why on Earth are you asking this question on Yahoo Answers?
Take her to a dentist or orthodontist. That's the only way someone with the proper expertise can actually assess the situation and tell you what needs to be done.

No because her teeth are still growing in and the baby's are still falling out.... she can however (given the circumstances) get a retainer to wear when she goes to bed etc...
