You won't be losing fat, you will be losing muscle. Then you will appear far too skinny because your bones will begin to show instead of muscle. Muscles help to show a toned sexy body. So eat at least 2000 calories and do cardio for 30 minutes a day. Easy cardiio that can be done daily would be a 30 minute walk or jog. Throw in a few sit ups as well> This way you'll be losing weight as well as gaining muscle to form a tight, toned body.

I don't know what size you are, but if I ate 2000 calories a day, I would definitely gain weight! My goal is 1200-1500. As long as you're eating healthy foods and do not feel hungry, I think you ar doing good. But don't go below 1200.

well if you've been eating 600-1300cals per day.. i suppose that's alright but 600cals is still a little bit low. You should eat at least 800cals (recommended by doctors) when you're on a diet. Once you start eating normal or more than what you usually do, you'll definitely gain..

I think you'd lose maybe 1-2lbs per week w/o exercise. With exercise, maybe more.

Be careful!

1,200 calories is not some magic number that causes weight loss. for some 1,200 is too much for most it's not enough for fat loss. to decrease body fat AND preserve muscle mass you need to consume no less than what "your" basal metabolic rate (BMR) requires, everyones caloric intake is different depending on how much muscle they have, their genetics, the daily level of activity (construction worker, student, retail clerk, etc.) and how much exercise that person gets daily. for many the caloric intake must be slightly higher than the BMR just to facilitate fat loss.

a diet too low in calories will only result in the loss of water weight as stored nutrients are metabolised for energy. when the body goes into starvation mode the metabolic rate will slow to conserve fat stores. when normall eating patterns are returned the body will more than happily store some extra fat for you. you can lose weight 1 of 2 ways. the right way with a healthy diet, sufficient calories and daily exercise or you can starve yourself and battle with weight loss for the next couple of years never to reach your goal weight and never being lean.

if it extremely is late do no longer problem, in simple terms flow to mattress, consume extra the following day it won't reason any harm eating this low for basically sooner or later.. it is not comparable to you ate 2 hundred energy immediately..if that replaced into the case i could certainly inform you to consume extra

Yeah, that is really low. You'll definitely lose weight, no doubt, but it's kind of dangerous to go that low.

well if you are looking to do it the most un healthy way possible then you are right on track...if you are serious about loosing weight then start excercising.. a toned body is better looking than a scrawny one..

That's kinda dangerous. You should try for at least 2000 if you exercise, and 1800 if not.
