Every minute 120 people die. I've done the math before. Two point something people a second die. 172,000 a day, and so fourth.
Plain Truth is correct, the rest of you need to spend more than 40 seconds figuring out the statistics. (This was an edit, we posted that at the same time, so guess 120 is the right number.)
Another edit: Guys, stop posting wrong answers. I can only imagine the low estimates are for the US only.
Capnarlo: So if it's 120,000 today currently, by the end of the day, it will probably be around 172,000 just like I'm saying.

About 120 every minutes die. But 300 every minutes are born. These are approximate figures i think...

Considering these figures are correct, why have you been chosen to survive?
Could it be by "Grace", a highly misunderstood word?
That is a more spiritual or religious question than the one posted!

someone dies every 9 seconds.... that makes about 7 every minute.
but someone is born every 5 seconds...... that makes about 12 every minute
