So I worte a text message to this girl I like and asked her what she would do if I came over and kissed her on the forehead and cheeks, she responded that she would be scared, but the company would be welcomed.
What the hell does that supposed to mean?I did end up seeing her and just talking to her rather comfortably...and she's supposed to come to the bars tonight a little bit later to see me. What does this all mean? Should have I tried to kiss her or not?

It sounds like she was just a little surprised at how fast you were moving. It probably just seemed a little intense. So she is interested, but a little concerned you are moving too quickly. Slow it down - tell her you were sorry to come on so strong, but you do like her a lot and someday you hope she will not be offended by the thought. Then just leave it at that - you need to back off and wait for her to give you the "come ahead" sign that she is ready for you to get closer. She might explain her surprise or tell you she was not offended at all, either of which are good signs. So - mr. romantic - you have more time than a two-hour movie to put this romance together, set some groundwork by being nice and talking to her and going places together - romantic stuff like that. She will let you know when she is comfortable moving forward.

Your text message was kind of forward,kind of suggestive, with a sexual innuendo.The young lady apparently likes you ----as a platonic friend and is probably put off by your implied romantic interest. If you are going to try to kiss her, then make sure it is a friendly peck on the cheek or forehead.When she shows up at the bar later, just enjoy her company and leave it at that(unless she were to start something).

Well... when you see her, just lean in and give her a peck on the cheek when you see her and say, "I missed my chance to do that earlier."
She'll probably blush, but the awkward moment will be over. Then when you say goodbye, you might ask if you can have a "real" kiss.
If she's bothering to come and see you, she likes you.
