Drink more water. 8-10 glasses a day. You'll be going to the bathroom a lot but you are cleaning out a few pounds of bad gunk anyway.

lets see.....well i assume you changed your eating habit. and if not, you dont have to miss out on all your favorite foods, just eat less of fatty foods. instead of chips, grab a granola bar or some fruit. soda is fine, just not too much. ok now for the exercise.... wake up an hour and a half or so before you have to head to school. do 20 jumping jacks for a warm-up. then do 10 pushups, if your one of those people who can do ALOT then do 15-20. now do 20-30 situps. then do some ti-boe. put your legs a bit more than shoulder-width apart. squat down as if your sitting in a chair. now with your right arm, punch to the left (criss-crossing basically) and vice-versa wiht the left arm. as you do this, swing your body with the punching arm (dont move feet and stay in squat position.) do this non stop for a good 30 seconds. you'll feel the burn if your going fast enough. repeat this routine one more time, if you feel up to it. if you have time in the morning or afternoon, go for a jog around the block one time. this might not seem like that much stuff, but im sure you'll lose soem weight by christmas. no garuntee on 10lbs tho.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

It is probably too late to safely and efficiently lose 10 pounds before Christmas. I suggest you discuss this with your doctor so you can get a plan that will be healthy and will work for your specific situation. What works for one person does not necessarily work for everyone, so any advice here other than seeing your doctor is probably a waste of your time. Good luck!

you can drink a lot of water (but not too much) just substitute water for juice or soda. You can also do exercises and don't eat after 6 because your matabolism slows down.
