Maybe. Maybe not.
If you want to visit Hawaii or Japan, find another way. If you want to serve your country and are willing to deal with what that really means, then join the Navy.
Oh, and there are two Navy installations in Hawaii: Pearl Harbor and Barking Sands.

Depends on what rating you choose. If you talk to a recruiter . . . find out where you would go to A and C schools. They should have a pretty good idea what ratings are stationed where.
If you go to a ship, it depends on where the ship is homeported (East or West coast) and how much the ship deploys . . .
If you are stationed on a larger ship, like a carrier, chances are you would be out to sea a lot, but also get a chance to visit some nice places.
Don't let the recruiter sell you on anything, If you decide to choose something, get it in writing as a guarantee . . . the military can change their minds unless you have a guarantee. If you have a college degree, consider the officer program. Enlisted is okay, but officers generally are treated better and earn more . . .
Good Luck

it is going to depend on your job and where you get stationed. You be on the East Coast and see parts of Europe & the Med, or you could be on the West Coast and go to Hawaii & Japan as well as other places. Or you could end up in a place and never go anywhere.

It's impossible to say. There are plenty of navy facilities in Hawaii and Japan, but that doesn't mean you'd go there or be stationed there.
