You will hate the answer. You have to tell an adult, her mother, father, your mother or father. If you don't she might die. If you do, they can get her help, and honestly, even if she gets mad at you for doing it, would rather have her dead? Be a friend no matter the cost to your friendship

Trust me, its better she be mad at you then having her die!

I had a friend who was anorexiac once. She recovered eventually but it did do a LOT of damage to her body meanwhile.

Tell your own mother or father or guardian what you are dealing with--you're only 12, so that means you don't know everyting and possibily tell a mutual teacher or guidance councellor as well.

12 is great in a lot of ways, you are old enough to see that its a problem, but not yet at the stage where you can actually help--so that is why you need to tell an adult at this pt.

Good luck

Well if you really want to help her:
-Try telling your nurse (she might get mad, but she will thank you later) Aneroxia can get very serious people ahve died from it.
-Tell someone you know that can deffinetly help
-Oh yeah you can tell the nurse not to say you said anything.
I don't think she was mad, I think she is/was justifying what she is doing.

you need to tell someone a little more responsible like a teacher counselor, any adult, and who cares if she's mad at you, her living is more important then you're friendship, eating disorders can lead to amenorrhea and eventually osteoporosis, look them up if you dont know what they are, she needs to get help before she dies. it'll take time to recover, but get her help now, dont wait, and dont listen if she says shes "fine and shes "eating" shes probably lieing

Give her some space. Don't email her about her illness. It will make her feel bad. Ask if she wants to go to the movies or something.
