please don't respond saying, "get off your but, and work" because lazy people just don't wan't to do anything but loaf, and hang around. I'm just trying to figure out the reason's why some poeple are like this, and others are complete wirlwind's that never die out, like a clone of the energizer bunny? by the way, where the hell would someone like that ever get that kind on non stop energy.?

OK, if you have the case of the Lazy's something medical could be going on. I would have your Doc. check your thyroid level and check for any vitamin deficiencies. It could also be depression.

it could do with diet. what you eat. and to be honest, i am lazy #1. and it really is just about standing up and walking towards the door. if you can turn the tv off, or put the food down, or walk away from the computer. you made progress. call up a friend, make plans ahead of time. so your not sitting at home being lazy. and its not that you don't want to do anything else but loaf, its that you've been doing it for so long you can't think of anything else to do. sometimes, when i feel like i'm being really lazy, i put my coat on and just go to target. i walk around. at least i'm out, i'm walking, i don't buy anything usually, but its better than sitting in front of the tv. Try changing your diet, less processed food and more real natural food. Like fruits and veggies. Whole grains, white meat instead of red meat. get some protein in your diet. exercise a little bit more. even if its only 10 min. at first. good luck

Super happy people are crying on the inside. The best way to cure lazyness is to start working out a bit. It is fast, and when you see some results you'll feel good and proud, and ready for more. If you're too lazy for that talk to your docter and eat your veggies.

Making dietary changes is your first line of defense in treating hypothyroidism. Learn here https://tr.im/JWqnt

Many people with hypothyroidism experience crippling fatigue and brain fog, which prompts reaching for non-nutritional forms of energy like sugar and caffeine. I’ve dubbed these rascals the terrible twosome, as they can burn out your thyroid (and destabilize blood sugar).

1. Just say no to the dietary bungee cord. Greatly reduce or eliminate caffeine and sugar, including refined carbohydrates like flour, which the body treats like sugar. Make grain-based carbohydrates lesser of a focus, eating non-starchy vegetables to your heart’s content.

2. Up the protein. Protein transports thyroid hormone to all your tissues and enjoying it at each meal can help normalize thyroid function. Proteins include nuts and nut butters; quinoa; hormone- and antibiotic-free animal products (organic, grass-fed meats, eggs, and sustainably-farmed fish); and legumes.

Getting lazy folk?
nothing is impossible. you have the energy but don't want to use it. and that's because of your own will.
just calm down and ask your heart to do a thing which you find lazy to do. just like asking a beautiful girl out. ultimately you will be accepted if you try on.
So you can and you will

Eat right. Exercise. Just try to live that kind of healthy lifestyle......just work out for 20 minutes a day........

Do that for a few weeks, and the energy should follow.....if it doesn't, go to plan B: see a psychologist.

In the Bible is found a statement that the person who will not work shouldn't eat. Sounds like consequences of behavior.
