I am a history major and am trying to decide on what minor to get. I am thinking about joining the army, but want to be able to get a steady job after my service. I have thought about education or international relations. I don't know if i really want to be a teacher though.

Forget about the military when picking your minor. What minor will be best for what you want to DO? That is the best minor for YOU. If the military can't use that, you may need to reconsider if the military is where you belong.

If you're joining the Army, the best minor would be military science. Mathematics, accounting, and statistics would probably be good.
