great Australian tradition...Chocolate Crackles !

2.5 cups Rice Bubbles
250 grams Copha (veg shortening)
3 tbsp cocoa
1 cup dessicated coconut

Melt Copha in microwave or on stove top till it's liquid. Let cool slightly and mix with all other ingredients. Place heaped spoonfulls of mixture in paper patty cake cases inside muffin trays. Refrigerate until set. Makes about 24. Costs about $2 (australian) for the copha and everything else you've probably already got.
