First off, Ethan, Jesus did not have doubts. The man preached about where doubting gets you. He was of complete faith. Most people are without complete faith. Jesus said that if we completely believed and had complete faith, we could do all the things that he could do, and more. Jesus could not have done the things he'd done if he didn't believe in it. I can't believe anyone would think he doubted it.
Please, read the bible. lol. People ask many questions but most of them have never read the entire bible through. I can't believe this is a serious question. By you asking this question I can't believe you know anything about Christianity at all. Forgive me for coming off rude, but how many times does Jesus speak about "the Father" and "God" in the bible? -Your answer is yes, he said so many times.

God was the last person he talked to during the crucifixion.
He asked God to fogive the people, he asked him why he was forsaken and then he announced he was entering his fathers house. So he must have believed in him to make him his last contact.

He must have to surrender His life to Him on the cross. He would have had to believe in the ressurrection power His Father spoke of to take such a risk. YES, With no doubt!

Jesus is God.
Exodus 3:14 (Old Testament) - God says "I AM who I AM" -
John 8:58 (New Testament) - Jesus says "Before Abraham was, I AM" in reference to Himself.
The audience understood exactly what He was claiming about himself. "So they took up stones to throw at him;..." (John 8:59).

Personally, deep inside, I think he had doubts about the whole thing but continued on with his teachings anyway.
You can be a moral and good person and not believe in God.
