This is Finnish and it's not very nice.
I can't translate it exactly, but I looked up the
words in an online dictionary and I will give the
individual meanings and let you put it together.
Mikä = what
helvettin = is helping
tyttö = the girl
on = is
se = that
vitun from vittu = c*nt
paskapää = sh*thead
sinun profilissa = in your profile.
So a plausible translation is:
What is helping? The girl in your profile
is the one with the sh*thead c*nt.
But this is only a guess.
Not very nice, to say the least!

Think it is Finnish but I am not absolutely sure.
My knowledge of this language is by far too small to try a translation sorry.
