"What separates us as believers in Christ is much less than what unites us." (Pope John XXIII)

Almost all important doctrine is completely agreed upon between Catholic Christians and other Christians.

Here is the joint declaration of justification by Catholics (1999), Lutherans (1999), and Methodists (2006):

By grace alone, in faith in Christ's saving work and not because of any merit on our part, we are accepted by God and receive the Holy Spirit, who renews our hearts while equipping us and calling us to good works.

There are many minor doctrine issues and some major cultural traditional differences which, I believe, do not matter that much.

A Catholic worships and follows Christ in the tradition of Catholicism which, among other things, recognizes that Christ made Peter the leader of His new Church and Pope Benedict XVI is Peter's direct successor.

Catholicism isn't a religion, and neither is Baptism or Methodism. All of them are denominations of Christianity (Christianity as a whole is a religion). Furthermore, although Baptists vehemently deny this, Baptism and Methodism are denominations of Protestantism, which itself is a denomination of Christianity.

Catholics base their beliefs on the teachings of the Bible and on the doctrines of the Catholic church. Protestants (in general) rely only on themselves and their specific interpretation of the Bible, and usually denounce any other interpretation of it that contradicts their own, which is why there are so many denominations within Protestantism.

this is what we Catholics believe:

We believe in one God,
the Father, the Almighty,
maker of heaven and earth,
of all that is, seen and unseen.
We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ,
the only Son of God,
eternally begotten of the Father,
God from God, light from light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made,
of one Being with the Father;
through him all things were made.
For us and for our salvation
he came down from heaven,
was incarnate of the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary
and became truly human.
For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate;
he suffered death and was buried.
On the third day he rose again
in accordance with the Scriptures;
he ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead,
and his kingdom will have no end.

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father [and the Son],
who with the Father and the Son is worshiped and glorified,
who has spoken through the prophets.
We believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church.
We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
We look for the resurrection of the dead,
and the life of the world to come.

it's a summary of our beliefs.

Catholicism is the original and the first Christian religion. those other Christian denomination that you mentioned are just the products of the reformation among many, they are examples of the protestant churches, products of continuously splitting protestant denominations.

Can't get to God unless you accept the Pope. Thinks he's the almighty christ himself.
